    It's a free market, and different company price there things differently. Give different discounts and have various offers.

    This seems to be a local issue on the Indian (?) marketplace. I just checked the prices here in Germany and it's €19.99 in both stores.

    Nothing will transfer between Steam and the Windows store, only between Windows Store and Xbox. You will have to start over, as the save systems are incompatible

    The save games are incompatible between Steam and the Windows Store even if you could get it.
