Why is there no Screen Time enforcement on Xbox One? Any way to get the same effect?

We have bought an Xbox One with money my son had saved for it. The express agreement was that there would be strict limits on time spent gaming. But since the screen time feature turns out not to be present on the One, we have an enormous issue here, since
we now have massive conflicts over how much was or was not played.

We're almost ready to return the Xbox One and close my Gold account in favor of a console that allows screen time enforcement. We are prepared to do this even if it means losing a massive amount of investment in Xbox games. Would be weird to have to go back
to PS after all those years on Xbox... :-(

any way to get proof?

Is there any way I can get logs or proof as to why my account was banned? all the enforcement team told me was basically deal with it. just trying to understand how I can banned for cheating and legitimately not know how i cheated.

why is there no way to get in touch with the enforcement team? No one at support can do jack yet there is no way to get any information on problems through enforcement. What a ridiculous way to treat your customers.

When games were on disc you could only play it on one machine at a time.

Digital is not designed for you to share to several devices to play on at same time in that way. It's to allow you to log in other than on home xbox and have access to your game.

Therefore you would only need your home xbox and any other xbox you log onto.

Why would a company limit profits by effectively allowing you to play a game on 3, 4 or more boxes at one time when by your own statement if purchased as disc you accept it's one console only at a time.

Totally! That’s why we just need to check the site from time to time because that will be the only way to get more information in regards to the enforcement action.
