    Why is there no repair support..


    My son keeps trying to get a repair on his in warrenty xbox one x.. It was sent off last month and has come back with the repair not done even though they said they have done all the testing etc.. He's got a fault which shows up when console has been on
    a few mins.. And he has even videoed it.. He's tried for days to get a call back.. To get through to someone only to be hung up on multiple times.. To be told he will have to do it online.. Only to find out online there's no support for hardware repair.. This
    is absolutely disgusting how he has been treated.. And the fact there's no support in the UK at all.. In the US you could get a new console...

    MICROSOFT.. SORT YOUR [Mod removed- inappropriate] OUT

    XBOX WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU ONCE YOU'VE WASTED HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON FAULTY MACHINES..

    where does he go to get support????

    Who does he complain too????

    How can he get a re-repair???

    Please do not give us the

    [Mod removed] number that's useless

    They sent mine back, lying that the seal has been tampered with and canceled my warranty. It's disgusting to see how they are treating their customers
