    Keep getting hung up by support , telling them the 2 step verification method for my son. Account is no longer accessible, they keep telling me I need to fill out the form but the form pretty much told there nothing I can do. So that’s it 10 yr plus account gone like that because there nothing else they can do .when I ask the support welll what’s the next step when filling out the form is not working. They just keep repeating them selfs to fill out the form not understanding I did that already, so that’s it really , nothing else can be done maybe showing old transactions to prove it was our account

    Microsoft locked my account and wont tell me why. how do I get my account back?

    Do you know why my account was locked, and now I'm being ignored for wrongly locked by Microsoft? I still fill out the forms and get no answers, except I'm getting different reasons why it's closed so clearly; I didn't do it because I only play games with the account so please help me get it back.

    Unfortunately if you've already filled out the form out and have been told that there wasn't enough information to reset the e-mail then you'll need to keep at it. There is absolutely no other way to get back into the account. They need to confirm that the
    account is indeed yours, and if it was yours you should be able to answer very specific questions that are asked on the form in order to get the account back.

    Looking for any other solution other than "keep filling out the form that's been denying you for months and not telling you what info is possibly wrong"

    I found another forum here of someone with the EXACT same issue and their thread was closed with someone suggesting to fill out another form but this time to reinstate the account if possible. So that's our next step. But it seems every single person with this issue just gets more **** circles of "go fill out our form that doesn't work" which means "congratulations, you've lost your account forever and all the information on it and money you've now wasted, good luck, start over and give us more money"

    That's really upsetting. Why would they take out the fill out form option? Unbelievable... investigations should have been kept, there are other issues at hand that need more than just a complaint filed and there are so many of those being filed at the same
    time.
