Why is there no microsoft customer service or support?

I recently made a claim on an xbox elite controller that was still under warranty, my right bumper stopped working. I was sent back the exact same controller, the right bumper STILL does not work. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to speak with. The "customer service phone line" is nothing more than a recording that hangs up on you. This my friends, is fraud. Trillion dollar company stating they will make good on warranty issues when a claim is submitted but does not actually support it's warranty policies.

I'm glad I have an expensive paperweight.

I have several times, no one calls. Phone numbers are correct on my account. No resolution whatsoever.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

With the new device, have you registered it on the devices page here: Microsoft account | Devices

If so, please can you go through that portal and request a replacement?

With regards to the support received by Xbox support, as it is the weekend there is no one available for me to raise this up to. However, I will pass it onto someone who may be able to help process your complaint. Please can you make sure you record the date and time you tried contacting Xbox support.

there is a customer support line. For Microsoft costumer service but it's region based and there costumer service offices are only open 😃 certain hours of the day ☀️

Customer service doesn't deal with the handling of codes, nor are they given infinite knowledge of the other departments of Microsoft, they rely on information from those departments. Not only that, but Microsoft's customer service is so limited in what
they can do. You're telling us incorrect information, while we keep trying to tell you the truth. How are you being helpful when you keep trying to refute fact? I even provided you with an email FROM Microsoft telling you that this IS a Microsoft promotion,
so why argue it? Do you really think that customer service always knows everything? Did you not read the vast amount of posts containing information from past customer support information regarding this subject to find out that customer support simply does
not know everything?
