Why is there no method to cancel an accidental purchase? Seriously?

I have had it happen a few times on my account. I never purchase shows in HD. They are 2.99 as opposed to 1.99. The video app by default always tries to get u to buy the HD version. On occasion i forget to switch it and I just did. I want to cancel it but
it is almost impossible to do. If you didn't start to watch it it should be as simple as hit a button and cancel last purchase! It is corrupt Bull that you make it so difficult if not impossible to cancel a mistake!!!

@Crimson-That doesn't work for all games. I tested the OP's situation on my console with a few Games on Demand and in order to get the MSP price you need to click on the actual dollar value in the game screen. Once that next screen
loads then you can select to use another payment option, as I indicated above in my last post. However that method automatically selects 'cancel' so there is no chance of an accidental purchase. You actually have to move the highlighter up and press 'a' to
select any other options. So as you can see there is very little room for error in that situation. None if you are paying attention to what you are doing.

 

Cant cancel my membership, need help.

If none of the methods in the link above have worked your only option is to phone support,no one here can cancel your membership for you.

 

ummm that's because they are final transactions

You can't just click buy

It. Takes two clicks

And with all online transactions they are labelled as final I'm not sure where you would get the idea there is a cancellation button other then cancel the download progress because it would be the first ever
