Why is there no Honor/Reward system.

Hi everyone

SO quick background. Don't play games as much as I used to due to work, these days i get home and try squeeze an hour of games in before bed on weekdays. Usually any online game is filled with unpleasant people and i mute them if they carry on so I can focus
on just enjoying the game.

Today I was quite surprised to come home and have a team of young people, i'd say they ranged from 12-19, who were a genuine delight to play with. I played my favourite hero and for once did not get abused for 'trolling'. We just chatted away as we played
and called out enemy locations, celebrated thwarting the enemy attempts to beat us. It was a game that you always want to have when you go online, what i usually only experience when in a pre-made party with friends.

This made me think of xbox 360 where they had a 'prefer' or 'avoid' system or something along those lines and I couldn't find any way of recognising the other players on my team for just being decent gamers. Why is there a system solely around punishing
gamers we don't like? is xbox live really focusing on a mentality of punishing others for doing things we don't like and not ever thinking of rewarding those who are just fun companions?

Can we please consider having an honour system or some kind of reward system implemented that recognises the positive experiences people bring to their teams and is not broken by friends slapping eachother with likes over and over? If these positive players
had the option of earning icons as they got honour and the option of turning it on or off (depending if they want to show it to others) it would be really nice seeing these people with an icon on their name in all the games they play. Hell maybe even free
access to gamepass or some other monetary reward if animations/icons/ribbons/borders are not considered a good enough reward.

I hope we can get some sort of system in place to help me thank those who make my 1 hour of gaming enjoyable. I would be 100% down for a system like this

No points!!!??

I decided to buy for Honor with the deal of getting Xbox rewards points through the rewards system. I still don't have those points for purchasing it even though I bought the game which Microsoft said would get me rewards points. I don't know why this is.
because I bought it through the link of the rewards email I got. I still don't have the credits

 

No rewards since i've joined in 2011

There are rewards going out for owning certain and getting achievements and i own For Honor, Witcher 3, Battlefield one, and Forza Horizon 3 and i have received no rewards for purchasing these games, please help!
