Why is there missing money on my account?

I had a bunch stored up from Xbox rewards, and I was told they wouldn't expire for a while still. I spent some of it around last summer, and I had around $6-7 left. This week, I went to buy something from Live, and the value was under $3. What happened to
the rest of it?

Have you checked your
https://billing.microsoft.com information yet? Under transactions it should show you all purchases made as well as confirming how much is remaining in your account. If it turns out that you are missing something I would recommend contacting Microsoft

Money in my account is missing!

Hi, my account has ran out of Gold membership. Its been about 2 months since. On the last day (October 29th), I checked how much money was in my account and at the time I had roughly 15 dollars or 1200msp. I checked again yesterday and I now have $6.51,
but I dont know how. The last item I had bought was the Apocalypse DLC for Call of Duty Black ops 2. How can I lose money?! Especially points that have already been redeemed. My brother has an account but hasnt bought anything because he only has $1.50. Can
someone help me? Ive had this account for almost 4 years and this is the first time this has happened. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Log in at Sign in to your Microsoft account and you can see all transactions in detail from the past year. Use that to determine what happened to it.
