Why is there an error on Microsoft store

I'm trying to pre order sonic frontiers on my xbox but every time I try to get the deluxe version or the main version a message pops up on my screen saying not sure what happened try again later why is this happening and is there a way to fix it

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Launch the Microsoft Store app, then search for the outer Wilds. When the page loads, select install (if you own it). It should then start to install. The download is currently spouting an error code, but that could be an issue on Microsoft's end, or it could be a mistake that the game is on the PC store, hence why the error code shows up.

Sorry to hear about the troubles making purchases, are you still having issues or has this cleared up for you yet? When you get a chance, let us know what's up and if this is happening with all games or just this in particular.

I still haven't figured it out. My xbox one is new, my TV is Samsung 32 inch and I'm from brazil. My space is good. If the problem is not in these things, maybe it's from microsoft store. I Just simple don't know what to do...

i tried to buy something anything for 2 days,
I have tried with 3 debit cards 2 mine and my wife's,
i cycled shutdown, reboot, delete my account,
call my bank, adjust my router, format my xbox and
i can't make purchases,neither in the console nor
in three different browsers, always the same oops something
Went wrong or Were having trouble processing your payment and
wed like to get it sorted out.
