    He cant play his downloaded games

    Why cant my friend play his downloaded games it says that there is an error and the error code doesnt pop up why is that?

    I can't download the game at all. I start it, a few seconds later, it stops and gives this error in a little achievement style bubble:

    What do you mean by that? Why not? Where is the error code as to why you can't download it?
