Why is their a scratching sound from the DISC try on my XBOX SERIES X???

It appears that the grinding noise that is heard when installing disc game in your Xbox Series X is happening on specific game because it was mentioned that this has never heard with other disc games. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

If we may ask, have you tried using different game disc and hearing grind noise is persistently occurring? If yes, then your console may need service. Go to Device service and submit a service request. If the issue is disc game specific, you may reach out the store for your replacement.

If you haven't registered your Xbox device in your Microsoft account, register it first before you can submit a service request order. See: Register your Xbox device.

I bought Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 and 2 on Disc and my Xbox Series X wont recognise its in the drive other than a few buzzing sounds that sound like the drive is attempting to read it but then NOTHING ???? There's nothing wrong with the drive as it plays all my other games just fine.. I've also hard reset the console AND STILL THE GAME WONT LOAD or PLAY etc..???

Its like I've paid for nothing in a box !!! Why wont this game load ?? Why does my Series X not realise the disc has been inserted ??

Feeling very annoyed. I bought this to play with friends this Christmas Time ...its so frustrating

Also the disc is in mint condition with no scratches etc ...???

Neither of those methods worked. This disc works fine on my One X and it isn't scratched, so I think it's a problem with the Series X.

THERE ARE NO SCRATCHES ON ANY OF MY DISCS AND THEY ALL WORK FINE IN MY ONE S THE SERIES X DRIVE HAS BEEN BRICKED BY MICROSOFT TO PROMOTE ALL DIGITAL.
