    Why is the Xbox PC partys not working.


    I have a PC and prefer Discord much more. My freinds on Xbox also have it on mobile to talk to me. When their devices die however and they need to charge we need to switch to an Xbox Party. recently my Xbox app has started having problems though. Really bad ones. After I sign in I cant start party's I can hit the invite button but my freinds dont get the invite. A little gray box shows up and says Please wait... when I click anything. I tried game bar but it says can't show your friends right now. I think its important to note that this happened after I changed my Microsoft account's email and password. I did re-log in numerous times though.

    UPDATE: The issue has been solved. It was a problem with cloud syncing.

    Mic not working in the xbox app and in party chat while streaming

    Hey i just wanted to chime in case someone else has this same issue.

    When streaming to PC from Xbox One here's this is the process to get party chat to work.

    Turn on your xbox, get into your party and into the game.

    Turn on streaming to PC.

    Turn off your controller and turn it back on and it will work.

    Not sure why I have to do this, but it's the only way to make it work.

    At the moment, I am using a usb headset through pc. Party chats on the app work, and parties on xbox I see, through the stream, register my mic. But it doesn't transmit my voice. Which is why I'm extra confused.

    That generic support doesn't really apply here. The problem is with a PC microphone, not an Xbox One microphone. The Xbox App on PC detects the mic and it works if I start a party via the app, but it doesn't work in any capacity on the Xbox One for parties
    or game chat.
