    Why is the xbox broken?


    Look I've called my wifi company I've tried wired and wireless internet connection my xbox (a xbox 1s) will not at any circumstance even after hard reset connect to any online service of any kind however my roommates xbox the same exact version basically
    has no problem streaming playing games and doing anything he wants to do. I want a explanation that isnt a glorified "sucks to suck" from xbox or my money back I didnt pay for a box of plastic that's useless but aside from that my question is how do I get
    in contact with someone actually able to explain why this product sucks so much?

    I had this same problem tonight. There was a major outage in the south east of the United States and a few other minor outages. It only effected some accounts, but not all of them. What i did to get the problem resolved was to hard reset my Xbox, and internet,
    and then I just kept trying until it worked. It took me about 25-30 minutes before it was working for me. This is also a rare occurrence and does not happen often. If your problem is not resolved tonight, the hopefully Microsoft will have the problem fixed
    by tomorrow. If you have any follow up questions, you can go to https://support.xbox.com/ or email Microsoft.
