Why is the Xbox app on windows the most dysfunctional app on my computer?

Based on your description, you were having issues downloading from Xbox app as it would get stuck or slow to download an 8 GB game. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

There are two potential reasons why an app or game won't download: a network issue or a problem with the Xbox app or system. The slow download though could be more of a network issue however, this we need to isolate the issue. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we know if you can install an app and game from Microsoft Store in the right speed (not slow)?
   
2. Are we using same credentials on Microsoft Store and Xbox app?
   
3. Do we have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer installed on your PC?
   
4. Did you notice any error message or code about your issue? Please conceal any personal information.

My computer was able to record in 60FPS or higher before the issue that you guys were unable to solve and that was with the most up to date version of Windows 10. Why do I all of a sudden need to download Windows Insider Build and Xbox (Beta) App in order
to do so? And how do I get the Windows Insider Build?

Make sure Windows 10 is up to date. This will ensure the Xbox app is also up to date. This is the most common cause of issues with the Xbox app and games that are installed on the computer.
