    Why is the X box app says I got no internet when I try to loggin in when I have it?


    I was searching up since error 083750007 was popping up in my minecraft launcher .I saw other asking things that I needed. One of the Microsoft worker said download the X box app and login. I downloaded the app and tried to login but it says I got no internet/wifi even when I have it. I tried it again but it showed me the same thing :/.

    cannot connect to Xbox live

    correction, I cannot connect to internet. x box live seems to be working for minecraft. I got lots of updates when I signed in. I assume its working. how do I know for sure? I did check the internet settings on the X box for both xBOX and computer and
    it says connection is good. I'm using wireless. any suggestions out there?

    "-Sign Out and Sign In Again:

    Click your profile picture at the top right corner of the Microsoft Store.
    Select your account and sign out.
    Restart your computer.
    Launch the Microsoft Store app and sign in again.
    Attempt downloading or using the store features once more

    -Run Troubleshooters:

    Open the Settings app (right-click the Windows Start button and select Settings).
    Go to Update & security > Troubleshoot.
    Run both the Network Adapter and Windows Store Apps troubleshooters.
    Check if they help resolve the issue

    -Check Windows Firewall Settings:

    Ensure that the Microsoft apps you’re trying to use are allowed to connect to the internet.
    Disable and then re-enable your network connection.
    See if the issue persists after these steps

    -Reset Windows Store Cache:

    Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
    Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter.
    Repeat this a couple of times.
    Try launching the Store again"
