Why is the Starfield controller for sale on xbox consoles.

Unfortunately, Starfield will not come out for the old generation Xbox consoles. You will only be able to play Starfield on older generation consoles through XCloud available when subscribing to Xbox game pass.

Like i said,it will only run on the current gen consoles,the Series X/S.

The older gen consoles don't have the hardware to run Starfield.

The Xbox One X is a last gen console.Skyrim works as it was made for the Xbox 360 & upgraded to run on Xbox One consoles.

If you want to play Starfield the4n you'll either need to buy a Xbox Series X or S or play it via the cloud if you can.

It's been known that Starfield will only play on current gen consoles for quite a while.

These controllers have known to have issues and microsoft is aware. But like anything else some work fine so its just a defect on one of the controllers on a long assembly line .. I guess why the xbox x sales for 199.00 now is a reason that its a major
flaw on certain consoles they have put out to the public.

starfield is cross save so yes the saves are in the cloud and work on both xbox console and pc xbox app.
