Why is the save not showing up?! Cloud said its synced?!

As said above yes don't worry it's all on the cloud if saved there this is why sync is quite important

Now I'm showing service issues on my network settings for social and gaming and core services. Why are we having to sync with the cloud to play games? Shouldn't the saves be on the hard drive?

Not sure if anything has changed recently but this seems to be a persistent issue for some time (I can find complaints of cloud save issues going back 2 years). This may or may not be helpful as I don't play TOW but I picked up a couple of things:

- Needs to be played through the Xbox Beta app. From a Reddit:

"This is correct, there is cloud save as long as you open/play through the Xbox PC (Beta) app, if you just install the game the saves won't sync"

- May need a manual save first before cloud sync works. Same Reddit:

"Just gonna add here that cloud saves may not show up until you create manual saves. Autosaves don't seem to always appear for me."

As I said, those 2 may be completely wrong/irrelevant so apologies if that's the case

Do you have Cloud Storage enabled?



Does your Cloud Storage show any games that aren't in sync?



Either manually sync your Cloud saves (you'll have to insert the game disc for each title which has out of sync saves), or log out of Live, install, then log back in.

How do I manually select a cloud save? I’ve cleared the saved data from the console several times and when I restart the game it shows the sync load bar and then loads up the 10 minute save.
