Why is the Microsoft Support unanswering and so unable to help?

I have an issue with the Xbox App and the fact that i can't install games with it.

The game services upload and then the app can't be started (it simply crashes after a black screen.)

I see that this issue with the game services is experimented by a lot of people, since a long time, and nothing is being done for it to be fixed properly, resulting in people paying for game pass and having the same result as if we paid for a scam.

If that wasn't enough, nothing on the MS support is helpful and the contact doesn't even work.

I had to get a refund for the game pass as i can't use it at all.

This is very far from what a company like Microsoft should be delivering.

you would have to contact the promotions company usually something like that will include the company that runs the promotion
