Why is the Microsoft store is showing 2 different prices on games and DLC???

I have tried to contact Microsoft but they are having problems right now and a lot of other XBox system are experiencing problems too. But it say there are no problems with the Microsoft store right now and there is. So who do I tell about the problem? I
know some programmers/devs and Microsoft employees come and help out here sometimes. Plus lots of other good gamers come to try and help too. So thank you all youe the best. Here's the problem at the store on my XBox1 in the deals menu it is showing the deal
or sale prices. It show the original price with a line through it and then the sale price right beside it. This is how it always look I buy online a lot. I use money gift cards that gets put into my Microsoft account and everything looks normal. But when I
click on a game to go to it's menu to get more information on the game it changes the sale price. Now it shows a different original price and sale price. Then I start the buying process to see what price it will be and it the higher price not the one that
got me to click on the game to get more information. It is always the second higher price not thhe advertised price that got me to look at the game or find out more about it. You know how you choose to check a game out and watch the preview? Well in there
is a second sale price that doesn't match the one from the last menu where you see everything on sale including the price. It has never showed like this before I thought may be a tax thing but nope the little plus sing is still there to show plus tax. So I
don't know whats going on and I hope someone will look into this or knows who/how to contact someone to fix the problem. I am not buying anything till I see one price and everything looks norma again. This is straight up false advertising. I should buy a game
then sue Microsoft and with the winnings buy all the games I want. If only. I hope everyone stays safe and I hope this gets fixed soon because the sale is only on for 4 more days. Thanks have a good night.

Yes they have something messed up and I got the same answere u did. They don't care what it says and the only price that matters is the price that shows when you purchase the items. Buddy told me there could be a $100 difference and they wouldn't care. The
only price that matters is the one just before you hit the purchase button. He also said they would look into it and today there is only the sale price with a line through it. So they are working on it. Thanks glad to know it's not just me. But you bought
something and as far as I am concerned your purchase was made under false advertising. I would be anger, more ticked off and I would want something done about. Even a heart felt sorry we messed up would be enough. But if you got the same rude we don't care
attitude I did, well I would be flipping my top even worse then I am. Hope something comes of it for you because that suck paying more than you thought and you're not alone. I have seen other complaining else where about this. The same problem two different
sales price and a purchase was made for more than they thought. I have no advise as to what to do, sorry. But good luck and thanks for responding.

I tried to buy a Lego Super Villains season pass this morning with the same issue. My son plays the game and clicks on the downloadable content and it has the gold box that says save $10.50. The $14.99 has a line through it and says $4.49 but when i checkout
it says $14.99. I called the 877 number on the screen and was told they can’t see what my Xbox says and i can’t send a screen shot of what it says. Sorry, nothing we can do to help!!

Are you looking at the deals with gold deals? If it says With Gold next to the discounted price and you don't have xbox live then you won't get that special price. If you do have xbox live gold then I'm not sure why the price would show incorrectly.

I have everything for XBox gold, live, ultimate, platinum, avengers diamond, fallout 1st 2sd 3rd, net flicks, flick nets, Disney + - and so on....(lol) They screwed up and they know they did. By the time6 I called the help number the guy was
annoyed/[Mod removed- inappropriate] that another idiot(me) was calling to complain for the hundred-thousands time. He acted like this was last years problem and it was old news that no one cared about anymore. Ya real nice customer service
people. I remember a time you could loss your job for less then his rude behavior. Thanks for taking your time and trying to help me. This is one of the best places to seek help and it is the best place for the people who try to give the help. Everybody who
has ever responded to a question here is kind, patient, friendly and just plain nice no matter the question or how old the topic. They should take a look at how people get treated here and apply it to their customer service I hope you understand what I mean

So i rebooted the game and it now only has the $14.99 option not the one for $4.49. I guess it was an old promotion that only gets updated when you reboot the game? In the game itself it takes you to a screen where it tells you about the DLC, this is where
the price discrepancy was. I guess in the future i will make sure to either reboot the game or just check in the store for current pricing!
