Got it. Have you tried my other suggestions to change your wireless channel if it's caused by a network signal interference? If possible, make sure that your console is not that far from your router and has a clear point of view to avoid interference. If you have external wireless devices near your console, try to turn them off.

Other options would be to try a different router if you have a spare one. You may also try to use your mobile data hotspot and observe if you get the same issue.

If that's the case, our last resort would be to perform a factory reset and remove everything. It's possible that the your wireless card or the hardware responsible for your wireless connectivity is faulty. Might as well try connecting to your network via wired connection.

i have before restarted my modem it works but only for like a week then the issue restarts and annoys me i even have restarted my xbox is clear cache form

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When did this issue start to occur?
Is your console connected to the network via wire/Ethernet cable or wirelessly?

Be sure to test your network on your console:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
Select Test network connection.

If your console is connected wirelessly, make sure that there are no wireless signals between or near your console and router that could cause an interference.

If there are multiple Wi-Fi networks on your surroundings, you may access your router admin settings and try to change Wi-Fi or wireless channel.

Please also power cycle your console to clear its system cache. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

Do the same with your router by turning it off and unplugging it from its power source for a minute before turning it back on.
