Why is the IDeal option dark and can't be picked?

The IDeal payment option may be unavailable due to a few reasons. It could be that the payment method is not supported in your region or that there is an issue with your account. I suggest checking if your account is set up correctly and if your region supports IDeal payments.

If the issue persists, you can try to complete your purchase through Xbox website.

1. Open a browser, go to Buy Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC | Xbox
   
2. Sign into your account and buy the game.
   
3. If issue persists, you may need to add different payment method (card) to complete the purchase.

3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
   
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

Hello Kathy,

I'm sorry for not answering sooner, but I tried these ideas, but they didn't work, however other games and subscriptions do. It's no problem now because I asked a friend to pay it with card and then I payed him back, but that would be strange to do if someone buys a game so hopefully this error won't occur again.
