Why is the German Store always behind .... ?

Discus and support Why is the German Store always behind .... ? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I dont get it and it makes me kinda sad.     Why is the German Store always behind .... ?


    I dont get it and it makes me kinda sad. If i switch region and i see more games and addons why is that ?

    In example i want to buy the Killer Instinct Ultra Editon wich got a 50% discount atm but its not available in Germany... Why is the German Store always behind .... ? :(

    But its available in the Usa, GB and even Austria.

    Please someone enlighten me and explain why the Ger shop is always like 2-3 weeks behind all other ?

    Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty is not available on the german game store.

    Ok now I know why I can't buy it without a credit card on the us store. But why is the game not available at the German store?

    Legal/contract reasons... import/export reasons... same reason One was not released worldwide from the gitgo.

    I would understand that if it would be a total new game or smtgh but this is existing content wich just got a discount. So i dont see any import/export problems.

    Austria got € as currency too and its available there germany should get the "updates" at the same time at least.

    I defer to the legal/contract part of my previous response. It could US law or German law prohibiting the sale... Or just a marketing scheme they have.

    I would understand that if it would be a total new game or smtgh but this is existing content wich just got a discount. So i dont see any import/export problems.

    I am sorry, but you do not understand:

    I bought this IN GERMANY from the GERMAN STORE with a GERMAN console and a GERMAN-IP, which i was not supposed to !!!

    The only thing is that the code was a french one. Nevertheless it was redeemed in Germany

    NOT OUTSIDE GERMANY !!!

    German console, german account, german language, german store !

    Everything German and it DID work ! But it shouldn´t have. I should not have been able to find that game.
