Why is the game pass Death stranding pc crashing?

The game starts normally and displays the main menu, but when trying to start playing the game crashes, dsiplaying the following error.

I have already try checking for corrupted data, repairing and reseting the game, reinstalling the game, game services and drivers, checking for updates for the game, windows and DirectX12, launching as administrator and deactivating the antivirus.

I have a Asus Zenbook Duo 14 UX482EAR, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz 2.92 GHz, 8 GB RAM.

You need to submit this to 505 games support, as they are the ones who can analyze it and perhaps suggest a fix

It says you have Intel iris graphics, which are still a bit shaky on backwards compatibility, make sure your drivers are up to date.

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.He

I use a Windows 10 PC .not only in this game I also can't run the death stranding game and always got same error

it would be sam strand from death stranding, and the weapon would be a chopper lol.

We found a support article about this however, it does not state how to recover the missing save files.
