    Why is the enforcement team robots and not actually humans?


    Firstly, I asked this question and one of the ambassadors (Daft Badger) responded without giving me a clear answer (Because god forbid anyone know the truth about Microsoft and how they run there business). and i asked that question in which i was given
    a response and in which i replied saying

    "well, that's definitely a lie because I lodged a review just swearing in my answers and abusing the system and got unbanned, How do you explain that buddy. and I did review why I got banned and it was for saying "that's
    horrific". "

    so i just really wanna know is how i managed to lodge a review saying "[mod removed] the enforcement team" and still managed to get unbanned.

    secondly, (this has nothing to do with above just me making fun at xbox) Xbox is a failing product no exclusives, oh sorry you do have exclusives but low quality garbage (compared to our friends at sony) and games with
    gold has just become a joke now like 5 car games in six months is disgusting.

    Thanks heaps, please give me a real response hopefully from a human and not the AI Enforcement team. Much Love and hopefully xbox will succeed. #RELEASETHEUNITSSOLD

    They are humans who review every report filed before handing out any enforcement action.

    You wont be suspended for just saying the word "horrific".You would need to log on to the enforcement site HERE to see why you were suspended & to file for a case review
    if eligible.

    The enforcement team are a group of real people. No one here can answer as to how you got unbanned with a response like that because no one here works for them. I would assume that it's because with a case review they're more so looking into why you received
    the ban in the first place, not your response. So if they determined they made a mistake, they overturned the ban. Since your response was not part of the original ban and was not done on Live, then you weren't banned for that.
