why is the dlc not available to everyone yet?

the 1st dlc is suppose to be released today, but it seems to not available to everyone at the same time. some people have already finished the dlc and crap load of others can not even download it yet wtf MS?

Unfortunately not. The VIP status is per player, unlike DLC content which is available for everyone on a console.

 

Space Marine DLC issues

The dlc is not available anymore,thats why it's now showing at -1 msp

 

Try to go to "Games" on your Xbox One console.

Then there should be an image for Operation Broken Eagle, at the top left side of your screen. Install the DLC from there.

I noticed that it isn't listed anywhere else yet, so I wasn't able to install it until I noticed that, what I mentioned above.

 

Just tried your suggestion, no joy for me. 18:00 hours and no dlc. Last time I buy a season pass

 

I don't have the season pass but wanted to download this DLC, no luck for me either. It just says Unavailable, smh. Oh well I guess I will keep my money.

 

If I change my xbox location to the United states I can find the DLC no problem what sop ever, just can't purchase it as it says unavailable. As soon I change my console location back to United Kingdom it is no where to be found in the store.

Finally got it UK.

the way i got it was change my xbox one location to united states locate the DR3 DLC and then pin it. Changed location back to United Kingdom and clicked the pinned tile for DLC and pressed install
