Why is the block communications button so close to reply?

I have accidentally block communications with people causing them to be removed from my friends list when all I want to do is reply to a message, so why is that button so close to reply and why isn't there a confirmation message? It would really help if
this was added in a system update.

Please block all communications with that gamer. Heres how hit the silver xbox button on the controller, go to friends, go to players online select the gamertag thats threatening to hack your sons account select file a complaint followed by block all communications.

Blocking and Communication Banning

I would like to know why you Communications ban people when you already have a block system on Xbox. If people are offended they can just block whoever offended them. It is absolutely unnecessary to Communication Ban an Individual

Clear browser cache and cookies. Log back in and the button will have returned.

It vanishes because the people behind the forum can't code for crap.
