    Why is talking to an actual person by chat not a thing anymore


    Every single time i have an issue i can only talk to an xbox gamer and its not helpful at all

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change the category/topic until you. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" typically works.

    Just talked to a Microsoft person in chat, not a volunteer and actual tech and they said they have been doing scheduled mainline nice since yesterday for a future console update and that's why its not working. Told me all should be well in a hour I laughed

    No one has guts to talk in game chat anymore.

    XBL rocked social gaming, then they released Party Chat. I don't talk anymore unless someone I actually know is online.
