    Why is Support Chat in a never-ending loop?


    I'm trying to Chat with an on-line support person - a real human being - but every time I try, the Chat just goes through a never-ending loop, including an instruction line about a "vortex". WTF?

    No option to Stream from Xbox One on Windows 10

    I am having the exact same problem and i contacted support via chat but they just tell me to contact other people. It is just a never ending cycle.

    Same here.. I am so f in *** w ms...xbl ...and the whole xb1 lie. Console and interface are a complete failure as is xbl with its never ending issues ( this one, chat, log in and server errors etc...). never buying from their store again. And support is
    non existent- waiting 8 mins to start chat and after 8 mins it said....8 mins wait. Frustrated...p*ssed...fed up microsoft

    Xbox Elite Controller - Warranty. The entire system is a run around to lodge because you can't. Can someone help me before I lose my mind.

    Thanks, sadly this is what I tried originally. Though for some reason this one removes the phone call option entirely and now says "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue."

    I'll have to end up lodging through a false issue just to get in contact with customer service I think. Used to be good just being able to contact online chat straight without the never ending loop

    thank you. Seems the browser was the issue. Firefox was sending me back to the beginning, microsoft edge broke the loop.
