Why is so many achievements not unlocking in twd

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Shubham. I hope you are doing well. I'm an Xbox Independent Advisor. I am happy to help you today. Problems with Xbox achievements and challenges:

First: I will suggest removing the account by following the below steps:
a. Press the Xbox button.
b. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​
c. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove >> Close. ​​​

Second: I will suggest for Hard Reset, It is more comprehensive and will clear the cache and restart your console. It will be helpful if encountering performance or connectivity issues:

1. Press the Xbox button on the front of the console to open the guide.
2. Go to the "Profile & System" tab (the person-shaped icon) and select "Settings."
3. In the Settings menu, choose "System."
4. Select "Console info."
5. Choose "Reset console."
6. You'll have two options: "Reset and remove everything" (factory reset) or "Reset and keep my games & apps" (keeps your content but resets settings).
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with your chosen option.

Last: Add the account the account by following the below steps:
​​​1. Press the Xbox button. ​​​
2. Select your gamer_pic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down, and select Add New. ​​​
3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.​​​
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In and security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

SpN Andy, i tried that too before and I unlocked 1 achievement in another game. the new achievement was included but not TWD achievements.

May be i will try for some more achievements and see if it resolves.

I have an achievement showing as fully unlocked on TWD but no GS has been awarded to my total for it.

This was 4 days ago,it even shows as unlocked on Xbox.com but still 25gs short.

I was trying to redo the achievements and ended up unlocking another one that i needed and then i checked and everything had updated and was back to normal

Even my profile here has updated

gcsekhar as you've unlocked all the achievements for TWD already maybe try getting an achievement in a different game

I have spoken to people having achievements not unlock BUT unlock fully at a later date.

I am still waiting to hear about my TWD season 1 achievement,which shows as fully unlocked but has awarded no GS to my total.

Would be nice if someone at ms would provide some sort of response to this.
