Why is Rainbow Six Siege not showing up in my full library?

Based on the description, you are moving your games from your old console through network transfer and the game does not show up in your full library. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Do you see your other games aside from Rainbow Six Siege? Or all games from the old console does not show in your new console?

2. What is the edition of the game that you have installed from your older Xbox?

3. When you transfer the game through network transfer, are you connected with the same network?

I have the old Xbox one , and I’m having a problem with the games not showing up in the full library. These games were bought and played with plenty of times . I don’t know why it’s not showing up anymore

It shows that rainbow six siege is installed but when i try to load it up it shows that I must buy it again

i bought rainbow six siege on disk but when i stick the disk i doesn't show up in queue
