Why is premium content blocked?

Some content is not allowed for access to a child account regardless of settings.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this kindly follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox Guide button to open the guide, and then navigate to Profile & system (your account icon) > Settings > Account > Family settings.

2. Select Manage family members and then select your account

3. Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Buy & download

4. Check for buying restrictions on your account, and make adjustments as needed.

After that perform a powercycle on your console.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Yes and nothings changed also its on skate 3 for xbox 360 on the one it said premium content is blocked on this profile why?
