why is online and phone support down for xbox

I am having the same problem. Did they say why this happened ? I cant reach anyone in tech support online or on the phone.

If the phone contact is currenlty difficult, you can also try to contact Support via webchat. Have you tried?

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

The issue did not get sorted my looking online and when I called Xbox phone support they directed me back to this forum to ask why. Pls fix this! Someone needs to call me with a solution.
