Customer support can't help with certain issues like enforcement which is a completely different and offline team there is only one help with that and that's enforcement.xbox.com

I'm very sorry to hear you are having problems with the connection when talking with any agent from client's service. Please understand that there is plenty of people having troubles on every part of the world which makes the people working at Microsoft impossible to keep up.
Sadly we, the independents advisors aren't capable of checking in with the Microsoft apartment to see if they could help you with your issue, but at least do you thing we can help you with it? If it's related with personal info like payments or banned accounts we aren't capable or interfiere, but if you have any problem with a game or console try talking to us!

This didn't help. I understand from a previous poster that PBS Kids is not available as an app on Xbox One. This link didn't give me any useful information. Do you know when PBS Kids video app will be available on Xbox One? Do you know why it isn't available
now?
