    Why is my years keep changing


    i have been on xbox live for 10 years it has 10 on my xbox 360 but on my xbox one it has been up and down from 8 years to 7 years back to 8 down to 7 in over 2 years im really mad because this makes no sense to me how my Xbox360 has 10 years but my xbox
    one has only 7

    Honestly I thought the same thing at first until I saw the alert.

    It should be resolved the end of day.

    Any way to stop it?

    I thought it was my gamer pic or avatar thing, (They're the same for me at least), but it doesn't seem to stick to mine.

    So far, I've had a blond dude, a halo dude, mine, and right now I have a metal robot wolf.

    Spelling of my Gamertag has changed??

    Thanks but I know how to change my gamertag....

    The point is, I created the gamertag "h1GhL1F3" about 5 years ago. (exactly with this spelling) and I want the correct spelling back. I would have changed it, but for 800 Points??? No way!

    In my opinion it´s not ok that I have to pay 800 MS Points for a new one; it was not my mistake! I´m satisfied with my gamertag and would like to keep it, but the spelling.....

    Same thing with mine, on firefox. I was hoping they'd add the option to change your gamer pic on xbox.com to anyone of the standard ones xbox one has so it fits the bigger area.

    The same thing happens to my picture as well, and I'm using Firefox.

    If I had to guess. It's probably a glitch, due to the fact they're in the process of fixing a token redeeming issue on this site.
