In general the zoom is from the tv not the xbox. You can try to reset the resolution on the xbox, but I believe it does not solve your problem.

If there is a disc in the console, eject it.

On your console, press and hold the Xbox  button for 10 seconds to turn it off.

Press and hold the Xbox  button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash before the second beep. Don't let go until you hear the second beep or see the console boot into low-resolution mode (the Xbox boot screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to press and hold both the Xbox  button and the Pair button as your console does not have an Eject button.

Press the left trigger of the controller to zoom out. You may have bumped the right trigger, which zooms in.

My Xbox One X suddenly really zooms in. Not the magnifier issue, it's super zoomed in the corner of a screen at all times. Brand new xbox, tried resetting loads and just doesn't have any impact.

In addition, some TV's have a zoom option as well. So if what has already been mentioned does not work, perhaps check the TV Zoom settings.

I know my LG TV has Zoom options.

Is this happening only when you use your Xbox on the TV?
Or is this happening even when you're using apps on the TV?

If it's only with your console, may I know if you tried power cycling the console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Zoom in/out with the Controller: Hold down the Xbox button of the controller until it vibrates. Press the View button and then use the left stick to move to the zoom selector
to the desired area. Use the Right Trigger to zoom in and the Left Trigger to zoom out.
