Why is my Xbox taking so long to update

Okay i underatand that and yea i submitted 2 case reviews. The last guy i talked to he told me not to submit anymore because it might take longer but is there anything i can do because i bought the xbox series x but i might return it because i dont have
my main account

Support doesn't handle suspensions. Only the enforcement team do. If you haven't already, you would have to try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com However,
you are responsible for your account at all times.

Submitting the case review is the only way to possibly have a ban overturned. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
