Why is my Xbox Series X dashboard crashing?

Did you get a resolution ? I've just received a brand new xbox series x back, date on the back is 4th June 2021. (last xbox series x died)

Every game I load results in xbox restarting or crash to the dashboard

Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.



2. Reset your Xbox: If the above steps don't work, you may need to reset your Xbox to its factory settings. This will erase all data and settings on your console, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding. Same problem for me. Series X, Alpha Skip Ahead. As soon as an Hulu tries to load an ad, it crashes to the dashboard. I have reported it through the console too.

Halo infinite was hard crashing a lot for me at launch but then seemed to work perfectly through December and now after the most recent update I’m back to crashing almost every game. The game even crashes in the main menu sometimes. Half the time it crashes to Xbox dashboard half the time it shuts the whole Xbox off. I’m on a series x. I’ve done all the troubleshooting tips. This game is broken.
