Why is my Xbox Series S sound popping and glitching?

Please check if the following procedures resolve the issue you are experiencing with the sound on your Xbox Series S console:

1. With the Xbox turned on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it completely shuts down.

2. Disconnect the power cable from the console and wait for 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on as usual.

4. Check if the problem persists. If it does, please reset your console to its factory settings while keeping your games and apps. Here's how to do it:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep games & apps.

Your console will be reconfigured, and you'll need to re-add your account, so make sure you have the email and password for your account before proceeding. No games or apps will be deleted, and you won't lose progress in any games since they are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

You can try and restart the Xbox and they should pop up. Sounds like it could be a glitch. If they still do not pop up you can always install them again.

when i startup my xbox series x connected to a sony x85k there is 1 sound pop ever since the udate on 9/6/22

well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S
