    Why is my xbox saying can’t connect to your wireless network?


    I am on Xbox series s and i rarely get this message, now listen here Xbox. It isn’t my wifi, so don’t deflect on my modem or router. It’s you guys, the wifi is working perfectly on MULTIPLE devices, it’s connected to my phone, PC, tv, living room electronics are connected to the wifi, it’s the xbox. thanks to your **** customer service blaming the issue on your customers router i will be switching to the PS5 where they know how to run a console.

    Hey, Yes I’ve tried doing that twice already and when I go to input my wifi password it says “Can’t connect to your wireless network”

    It’s an Xbox One console and yes it does display my wireless network’s name but it won’t connect with it. No codes or error messages come up. It just says it can’t connect to my wireless network and to try unplugging my router/modem for 30 seconds and
    then plug it back in which I have done several times and it still won’t connect.

    Mostly likely the wireless adpator in the console has stopped working thats why it has suggested a wireless adaptor.
