why is my xbox running bad

This can be due to cache issues, overheat, network issues, etc.

First, let's try a simple fix, please, power cycle the console to clear its cache data and try again.

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

i been listening to bad religion and I know my rights, i paid full price for a HALF finished game so why is this such a home run to hope for??

When I watch movies on Netflix with my xb1 its hd but runs the movie at like 10 fps its really bad. I switch to my 360 and it runs the movie flawlessly. I have great internet, I don't know why this happens.

My bad, I found my apps and they do work (at least Netflix and You Tube for certain)

Still don't understand why
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status says everthing is Up and Running, though.
