    why is my xbox running bad


    i bought my series s a few years ago and for the past year it’s been running really bad like i don’t have a 120hz monitor. My monitor that i have right now is a 165hz so it is compatible with the series. i just want to know what’s wrong with my xbox. in rainbow six siege i run 120 but it will randomly drop to 60-80 and in any other game its the same thing

    This can be due to cache issues, overheat, network issues, etc.

    First, let's try a simple fix, please, power cycle the console to clear its cache data and try again.

    To do it, follow these steps:

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Let me know if it works!

    When I watch movies on Netflix with my xb1 its hd but runs the movie at like 10 fps its really bad. I switch to my 360 and it runs the movie flawlessly. I have great internet, I don't know why this happens.
