Why is my Xbox preview of the loyalty program 500 points? The questionnaire has been completed ...

Then too add on, every update you guys have done, has been absolutely garbage, my xbox completely crashes now and just shuts off and lags immensely, the preview program isn't worth it anymore.

The same thing has happened to me, my friend sent me a invite to the Preview Program but I have not received a message from Xbox Live and it has been over a week.

Why would they not except me or FATsword97?

Sorry had meant to say Xbox Live Rewards program, don't know why I said Halo rewards... Perhaps because of the fiasco with the specialization codes.

I am not looking for an error free dash - that's why I am in the preview program - but I am looking for core functionality - which is not an unreasonable ask. I invested in this console and am willing to do my part to make it better. I expect Microsoft,
in turn, to do their part and not make my console completely unusable.

If the auto-sigin is a known issue why isn't this HDD bug listed on the "known issues" anywhere? Part of the failure of this NXOE program is the complete lack of communication between it's participants and the developers. If you're going to release this
kind of program to the public at least ensure communication is your biggest priority.

It can take up to 72 hours for the console to be fully removed from the Preview Program after initially removing the console. When did you remove your console from the Program? If you have already waited 72 hours, be sure to let us know. If it has not been
72 hours, then we'd recommend waiting this time period for this process to complete.
