    Why is my Xbox one X screen black when I turn it on?


    Why is it that I go on to play xbox my entire screen is black. It lets me go to the tab screen when I press the center x but wont let me do anything after clicking on something. Please explain and fix this problem. I just purchased this xbox and do not get
    to play much. So I am extremley unhappy that when I go to play it, it doesn’t work.

    I am having a similar problem. Everything is broken as I cant even sign into my profile. The controller will respond and I can click the xbox button but literally cant click anything, it's like my one x is broken

    Its only when you on xbox live. If you unplug your router it works perfect. The xbox live severs got hacked or something. I woulnd use it till they fix it.

    Disconnect your XBOX or XB1 from the internet and you will get functionality back, but of course xbox live services won't be available until they resolve the issue. Once the XBOX Live issue is resolved you can reconnect your xbox to the internet.
