Why is my Xbox One S stuck on the start up screen?

You may need to do a system hardcore reset. This does work best if you unplug from the power plug for 30 seconds.First, you would power off your system. Then you want to hold down the two small buttons on the console (at the same time)(depending on your
system,most likely.....left of the console and bottom front right) While holding these buttons, press the power button....continue to hold the two smaller buttons until you hear the power up chime twice, then you can release the buttons. If done correctly,
you will see 4 box options for resets and power options. Easiest options is to reset while keeping games. If this doesn't help you may need to reset with remove all. You can find videos of this on youtube for demonstration on how to.

It didnt work for me, my console is still stuck on the Xbox One start up green screen
