Why is my Xbox One Controller Rechargeable Battery dieing quickly when my console is turned...

How old are they? Batteries that live their life cycle will do that. They charge and it says full but they’re not. Like an old phone battery for example. I used rechargeable AA batteries for a long time but they only lasted about six months.
The battery packs like with energizer rechargable designed for use with an Xbox have lasted over a year so far.

About 2 months and they were working fine until recently and now there not working like before. I just ordered a new Battery was only 35$ for a new Rechargeable one for my Xbox One Controller.

Do you make sure you turn off your controller after use??.. sometimes when i hit the power button on the front of my console to power down, it doesnt turn off mine.. that extra time on, before the auto off kicks in can waste battery. Also yes over time
and repeated charging batteries create memories, that can stop them fully charging. I have 4 batteries constantly on the go lol

Definitely depends on the age and usage of the batteries. If the batteries are not holding a charge they are probably going bad.

Even after fully charging it it shows that it has a half charge or less and I got the white light indicating a fully charged battery....

It really sounds like you got bad batteries or a bad charging station. You can use a voltmeter to see if you are getting the appropriate charge for your batteries, but my guess is you just have a dead zone in the bat. Consider trying to charge the batteries
off a friends chargers just to test it out, or buy one new batter play it and charge it, if it doesn't charge you know you have a bad charger, if it does charge you know you have a bad battery.
