Why is my Xbox not connecting to my TV?

Try finding a local PC repair shop who also do consoles and get them to check it for you. We have one local to us who also specialises in console repair with the two most commons repairs he does being laser lens and HDMI ports.

I’ve tried everything... I’ve made sure all the cables are in the right spots, done a power cycle, a hard reset, used a different HDMI cable, switched to different HDMI outlets, and even switched TVs entirely. I don’t have any ideas left of what to do, is the Xbox broken?

Have you tried cleaning the inside of the tv HDMI outlet?

My TV has the latest firmware and the amplifier is in the same room. A transceiver will cause ALLM and VRR not to work which is why I don't connect the Xbox One X to the amplifier because it doesn't pass them through to the TV. That is why I connect directly to the TV.
