Why is my xbox not compatible with any of my televisions

what is your xbox and what is the model of your tvs?

Have you tried connecting it to a different tv as well? Some TV's aren't compatible I have noticed with my xbox. (but that is mostly with older televisions)

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my television because it ran Netflix just fine before the system update. It also runs perfectly on my Xbox 360. My television is capable of running Full HD 1080p because that was one of the specifications for why I
decided to purchase it.

I have lodged a query with the manufacturer but still waiting for a reply. The odd thing is that the KALED55UHDUA and KALED55UHDUD are both selectable in the Xbox menu?

As I stated previously, my KALED55UHDUC is between these two models and they are essentially the same television but more importantly, they all use the EXACT same remote control - either one should operate my Television but the Xbox refuses to do anything
when I select one of them and press next.

Surely this is an issue beyond compatability with the console; if the model is there to be selected in the device setup menu, why can't I select it?

Would you mind doing a check for me and running through your console and seeing if you can set up either of these models? I know you don't have the television itself but just checking to see if another console can actually select the Kogan KALED55UHDUA or
KALED55UHDUD will help to see if it is only my console that wont continue past next or if it is something wrong with the coding of these models?

I refuse to believe that the TV is just "not compatable," there has to be a way around this... Otherwise I'll just continue to hold my breath for HDMI-CEC support through the Xbox.

Trust me. It's fine. My console is on my dresser along with my television, nothing else. I don't see why it would suffer from lack of ventilation. Any other solutions for freezing/disconnections? (See first post for things I've tried.)
