Why is my xbox not booting up yet.

Recently I bought a new game and when that game started installing my xbox and controller acted weird sometimes my controller won't work even tho is was on and it kept freezing where and then. After it froze completely and I restarted My console but when
I turned it back on it didn't boot up so that is my question why is taking so long to boot up.

You can test the account, use another one, if the problem persists, it's the hardware and in this case only the repair

And how do I figure that out? I play from time to time, so I don't know what to do with that.

Crashing on Xbox is usually a hardware problem, or it's heating up too much or it's a video card or even hd problem
