    Why is my xbox menu green?


    first halo infinite had a purple tint, then i checked mcc also a purple tint on the screen so i rebooted my consle and now my menu has a green tint, the games them self are fine now, ive rebooted my xbox twice and its still green,

    Hi Damian, I hope you're doing well. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you.

    Kindly turn off your console and try to unplug all the cables plugged into your console including the HDMI cable. After that, please wait for 10 minutes to reconnect all the cables back on your console and check if you will encounter the same issue.

    If yes, kindly try other HDMI cable on your console to see if you will encounter the same green screen.

    I’m referring to the Xbox calibrating menu that shows blue and green arrows that you align to the sides of the TV.

    The green arrows go slightly off the TV but enough to disrupt menus on certain games.
