    it said i was suspended until 07/30/2014 !! today is the 30th so why am i still suspended

    So why can I my children no longer sign in to xbox live with their gamer tags? All of a sudden they just stopped working. My Main profile works, and still reads that it is a Family Gold Account, but I no longer can view my other Family profiles. Can anyone
    help, the other profiles do not recognize my parent account email and password combo. Only the main profile does. ..????thanks

    Windows 10 Xbox App won't allow me to download any of my videos from Xbox live.

    However, my main account is still not allowing me to do this.

    The ban will lift at the exact time it started.Say your ban started at 8pm then it will end at 8pm
