    Why is my Xbox installing games then uninstalling them when it gets to 100%


    Hello, recently my external hard drive broke and all the games got taken leaving me with the ones downloaded on my xbox. I am wanting to know what could be causing my xbox not wanting to fully install a game and instead deleting it when it gets to 100%.
    Does this have something to do with my hard drive breaking or a fault with my xbox(Xbox one).

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    Minecraft Skin Packs Purchased but Still Not Available

    I followed your instructions. The skin packs are listed, but when I actually try to use the Doctor Who Volume 1 skins, they're all locked in Minecraft. I tried to uninstall them, but Xbox One ignores my uninstall requests.

    I uninstalled Skin Pack 2 then installed again: the percentage indicator progressed from 0% to 100%, but at 100% Xbox One said "Installation stopped" due to some error. This is the same behavior I've seen for every other installation attempt for Skin Pack

    I am having a similar issue - redeemed the code on Xbox.com - when I went to my Xbox One the app to install WAS under 'my games & apps' so I installed - when it got to 100% it gave me a message 'cannot complete installation' - Uninstall and try again. So
    I uninstalled - and now the install is nowhere to be found on the Xbox One - tried re-entering the code and it says 'this code has already been redeemed'

    Quick question... Since xbox one games need to be downloaded, 500gb will go by fast

    Please search the forums so we done repeat ourselves 100 times. It gets tiresome. I have 11 games installed, over 100 GB free. By the time it becomes an issue, you can uninstall or get an external drive.
